Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Full Stack Mentor. The mentor will lead sessions and workshops, providing hands-on training in full stack development. Responsibilities include mentoring students in front-end and back-end programming, guiding them on best practices in software development, helping them debug applications, and ensuring they build real-world, project-ready skills. This role also involves reviewing code, fostering an engaging learning environment, and staying updated with industry trends to deliver cutting-edge content.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in front-end technologies like CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Angular
- In-depth knowledge of back-end technologies, including Node.js, Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
- Strong skills in software development principles, debugging, and code optimization
- Ability to mentor, teach, and explain concepts in a clear and patient manner
- Demonstrated interest in mentoring and empowering students or junior developers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in coaching or technical mentoring is a plus
