We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Python and JavaScript to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on full-stack development experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive technical excellence across projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
- Design and develop scalable web applications
- Build robust backend services using Python
- Develop responsive frontend applications using JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product delivery
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
- Participate in architecture and technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React/Angular/Vue
- Knowledge of backend frameworks such as Django/Flask/FastAPI
- Experience with REST APIs and database management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
