Requirement 1 --> Full Stack Java Developer - Lead (10+ years minimum with required skills)
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for two seasoned Full Stack Lead engineers with 10+ years of experience to join a high-impact project for a Sweden-based client. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on technical expertise combined with the ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of 7 developers. The ideal candidate is someone who can architect scalable full stack solutions, drive Angular micro-frontend initiatives, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across time zones.
The candidate must be technically sharp across the full stack — from Angular 16+ on the frontend to Java Spring Boot microservices on the backend — and must be comfortable owning technical decisions, resolving performance bottlenecks, and adapting to evolving technology requirements including cloud-native architectures on GCP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 full stack developers; set technical direction and delivery standards
- Collaborate proactively with multiple stakeholders including product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
- Architect and develop scalable micro-frontend solutions using Angular 16+ and Module Federation
- Drive Angular version migration initiatives from older versions to Angular 16+ with minimal disruption
- Design and build robust Java Spring Boot microservices; ensure API contracts, security, and scalability
- Own database design and performance — identify and resolve slow queries, indexing issues, and data model inefficiencies across RDBMS and NoSQL
- Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar Pub/Sub messaging platforms
- Integrate Redis Cache for performance optimization across high-traffic services
- Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure deployments on GCP (or equivalent cloud platforms)
- Define and enforce code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices
- Explore and adopt GoLang for suitable backend services as required by the project
- Maintain technical documentation, ADRs, and contribute to sprint planning and capacity estimation
- Act as the escalation point for technical blockers and inter-team dependencies
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Category
Skills & Technologies
Frontend
Angular 16+ |Micro-Frontend (Module Federation / MFE) |Angular Version Migrations| TypeScript |RxJS | HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS
Backend
Java Spring Boot |Microservices Architecture| REST APIs |GoLang (willingness to learn and adopt)
Database
Any RDBMS (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle / MSSQL)| Any NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra / Firestore) | Query optimisation |Performance tuning | Indexing strategies
Messaging / Cache
Kafka or equivalent Pub/Sub platform | Redis Cache| Event-driven architecture patterns
Cloud
GCP (preferred) — Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Firestore, Cloud SQL| AWS or Azure also acceptable | Basic IaC and infrastructure awareness
Leadership
Team management (7 members) | Stakeholder collaboration |Agile/Scrum | Code reviews |Technical mentoring
SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional development teams in an offshore model
- Strong communication skills — able to articulate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on mindset — willing to roll up sleeves and code alongside the team when needed
- Proactive, structured problem-solver with strong root-cause analysis skills
- Adaptable and open to learning new technologies (GoLang, emerging cloud-native tools)
- Collaborative and transparent — maintains team morale and delivery momentum simultaneously
Candidates must have at least 1–2 years of hands-on Micro-Frontend (MFE) experience — not just awareness. Angular migration experience across major versions is mandatory. GoLang willingness is required; prior experience is a strong advantage. This is a 2-slot role — strong shortlisting pipeline expected.

Requirement 2 --> Senior Cloud Developer (8-10+ years with all required skills to qualify)
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Developer with 5+ years of dedicated experience in cloud platforms and cloud security for a Sweden-based client engagement. This role goes beyond standard cloud development — the ideal candidate must be able to identify, diagnose, and remediate cloud security vulnerabilities using Python and cloud-native tooling, and must be comfortable building automation scripts and APIs to enforce security posture at scale.
A strong differentiator for this role is AI experience — the candidate should have working knowledge of AI tools including GitHub CoPilot and experience developing intelligent agents using Claude or similar LLM frameworks. The candidate must be self-directed, security-conscious, and capable of delivering cloud-native solutions independently with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based APIs and automation scripts for cloud operations and security enforcement
- Identify, assess, and remediate cloud security vulnerabilities using Python and cloud-native security solutions
- Implement and maintain cloud security controls including IAM policies, network security, encryption, secrets management, and compliance checks
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate security scanning, infrastructure provisioning, and code deployment
- Monitor cloud infrastructure for security incidents, misconfigurations, and policy violations; respond and resolve proactively
- Build AI-powered tools and agents using Claude, GitHub CoPilot, or equivalent LLM frameworks to automate cloud security and operational workflows
- Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams to embed security into cloud design patterns (Security-as-Code)
- Perform cloud cost optimisation reviews alongside security hardening initiatives
- Develop documentation for cloud security standards, runbooks, and incident response procedures
- Stay current with cloud provider security updates, CVEs, and emerging AI/automation capabilities
- Advise and support development teams on secure cloud development practices and configuration standards

Cloud Platforms
GCP / AWS / Azure — deep working knowledge of at least one; multi-cloud awareness preferred. Services: IAM, VPC, Cloud Run, Lambda, Security Command Center, Azure Defender, etc.
Programming
Python (mandatory) — API development, scripting, automation, security tooling. Bash / Shell scripting as supporting skill.
Cloud Security
IAM & RBAC policies | Network security (firewalls, VPCs, private endpoints) | Secrets management (Vault, KMS, Secret Manager) | Vulnerability scanning |CSPM tools | CIS Benchmarks / NIST / SOC2 awareness
CI/CD
GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Cloud Build / Jenkins| Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Pulumi | Container security: Docker, Kubernetes (GKE/EKS)
AI & Automation
GitHub CoPilot | Agent development using Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs | Prompt engineering |AI-driven automation workflows| Experience building AI agents for ops/security use cases
Monitoring & Ops
Cloud-native monitoring: Cloud Monitoring, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor |SIEM tools (Splunk, Chronicle)| Log analytics and alerting pipelines
SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong security mindset — able to think like an attacker and build like a defender
- Self-driven with the ability to independently identify and resolve cloud security issues end-to-end
- Clear and concise communicator — can translate security findings into actionable, business-friendly language
- Continuous learner — actively stays ahead of cloud security trends, tooling updates, and AI advancements
- Collaborative — works effectively with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Architecture, Dev, Compliance)
- Structured and methodical in troubleshooting, incident response, and security remediation workflows
AI/agent development experience (Claude, CoPilot, or similar LLM frameworks) is a key differentiator for this role — not just awareness. Candidates must have hands-on Python development experience specifically in cloud and security contexts. CI/CD knowledge, while a plus, should be demonstrated where claimed. This is a niche role — quality over speed in sourcing.
