Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) 7+ years of experience in Front End Development (JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, HTML, etc)
2) 7+ years of experience in Back End Development (React, Node.JS, Python, Java, etc)
3) 5+ years of experience designing and implementing APIs
4) 5+ years of experience with databased design and management (SQL, NoSQL, etc) including schema design and query optimization
2 individuals 4-6 years
2 individuals 7+ (8-10) years
Soft Skills:
1) Strong verbal and written communication skills
2) Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
3) Able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
4) Comfortable navigating fast‑changing environments and priorities
5) Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly
Technology Requirements:
1) PhP – front end tech stack (not mandatory)
2) React
3) Java ( mandatory)
Database Technologies
- ETL using Spark
- Oracle DB Experience (positive but not required)
- Experience working with big Data and ETL
