Role Overview
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern who can go beyond tutorials and actually build. If you’ve worked on solid projects and understand how real applications function end-to-end, this role will give you exposure to systems used in governance, public platforms, and impact-driven tech.
You’ll contribute to building scalable web applications, dashboards, and internal tools used across high-impact projects.
What You’ll Work On
Build and deploy end-to-end web applications (frontend + backend)
Design and integrate REST APIs and backend services
Develop admin panels, dashboards, and data-driven tools
Work on real-time monitoring systems and workflow automation
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications
Collaborate with teams across tech, data, and policy domains
Contribute to products used in governance, health-tech, and digital transformation
Core Skills (Expected from Strong Freshers)
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or similar framework)
Backend: Node.js / Express (or Python-based frameworks)
Database: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
APIs: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs & integration
Version Control: Git, GitHub workflows
Good grasp of data structures & problem solving
Understanding of authentication, sessions, and basic security practices
Ability to structure scalable projects (MVC, clean architecture basics)
Good to Have (Gives You an Edge)
Experience with Next.js / TypeScript
Working knowledge of Docker / deployment (Vercel, AWS, etc.)
Exposure to real-time features (WebSockets, Firebase)
Basics of data analytics (SQL, Python, dashboards)
Understanding of system design fundamentals
Interest in building products for real users, not just demo apps
