🔧 Mandatory Skills
✔ Java (Core + Advanced)
✔ Spring Boot & Spring WebFlux (Reactive Programming)
✔ ReactJS (Frontend)
✔ REST API development & Microservices
✔ Strong hands-on experience with IntelliJ IDEA
⚡ What We’re Looking For
Strong Java + Spring + React Full-Stack developers
Hands-on with real-time projects (not just academic)
Good understanding of non-blocking / reactive APIs (WebFlux)
