Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a MERN Stack Developer based in Noida. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. Day-to-day activities include coding in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement features, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and ensuring seamless user experiences is essential to this role. The candidate will also participate in code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure responsive design standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MERN stack technologies – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, including RESTful API design
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern development tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of database management, system architecture, and deployment practices
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Experience in Agile development and CI/CD methodologies is a plus
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
