Seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack, Generative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end engineering, as well as experience in generative AI technologies. As a Senior Full-Stack Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI applications and integrating them into our existing systems. This role requires a good understanding of on all aspects of the application stack, from user interfaces to server-side logic, AI/ML frameworks, Cloud, and modern automation tools, combined with a desire for solving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Develop and Implement (generative) AI products and applications
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with model architecture design
- Knowledge of computer vision and image processing techniques
- Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies
- Expertise in front end technologies like React or Flutter, responsive design principles,
- Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Python including expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and integration
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
- Understanding of data integration
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance to development teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
- Ensure solutions compliance with industry standards and security best practices
- Manage the full engineering lifecycle, from research and development to deployment and optimization:
Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, develop solutions and ensure seamless deployment

Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in generative AI engineering
- Strong background in automation technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
