1 About the Role
At Createawity.Tech we build production-grade products across web, mobile, cloud and AI — from discovery to deployment, for startups and enterprises. This is a hands-on full-stack role for someone with 2–4 years of real delivery experience who is comfortable across a .NET Core backend and a React frontend, wants ownership and variety, and works on a team that treats AI as a core part of daily work — not an afterthought.
You will work directly on client and in-house products, moving from idea to shipped feature with clear execution. If you enjoy owning problems end-to-end across the full stack and already lean on AI tools to move faster, you will feel at home here.
2 What You'll Do
- Build and ship full-stack features — .NET Core APIs and services on the backend, React on the frontend — with clean, maintainable code.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, data models and application logic end-to-end.
- Turn requirements and designs into working, well-tested software that performs in the real world.
- Use AI tools such as Claude Code in your day-to-day workflow — to plan, write, review and debug code faster and better.
- Build agentic AI workflows and automations — tools that don't just chat, but take real work off the team's plate.
- Create and maintain reusable AI skills / agents (e.g. Claude Code skills, custom commands) that standardize and speed up how we build.
- Own your work: estimate, communicate progress clearly, and see features through to production.
- Contribute to code reviews, engineering standards, and continuous improvement of how we build.
3 Must-Have Skills
We expect strong, demonstrable ability across the primary stack — 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience.
- Solid backend experience with .NET Core / C# — building REST APIs and services (EF Core a plus).
- Solid frontend experience with React and strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals.
- Comfortable working full-stack — connecting frontend and backend, handling state and data flow.
- Good grasp of relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL) and writing efficient queries.
- Good grasp of Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development.
- Practical, day-to-day use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) — you know how to prompt, review AI output critically, and ship responsibly with it.
- Hands-on with agentic AI and skills creation — chaining tools/actions and building reusable skills or agents, not just prompting a chatbot.
- Product mindset: you care about the user, quality, and getting things shipped — not just writing code.
4 Good to Have
Not required, but a real plus — bring any of these and you'll stand out:
- React Native or Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
- Microsoft Azure — App Service, Functions, Blob, SignalR, or related cloud services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to building or integrating AI / ML features into real products.
