🚀 Lead Full Stack Engineer (5+ Years of Experience)
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will design and build scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js for AI-driven healthcare products. You’ll take ownership of both frontend and backend systems, working closely with Product, Design, Backend, and ML teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end user experiences.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy leading projects, making architectural decisions, and building robust systems from the ground up.
🧩 What You’ll Do
💻 Full Stack Development
- Build and maintain scalable web applications using React and Next.js
- Develop clean, reusable UI components and efficient backend services
- Design and implement APIs, data models, and system architecture
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness across the stack
🔌 API & System Integration
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
- Work closely with ML teams to integrate AI-powered features into the product
- Manage data flow, state management, and server-side rendering (SSR)
⚙️ Leadership & Ownership
- Own features end-to-end — from design to deployment
- Lead architectural discussions and technical decision-making
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices across the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer
- Have strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js (required)
- Are proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Have experience with backend development (Node.js or similar frameworks)
- Understand system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Have experience working in product-based companies or startups
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Have strong communication skills and take ownership of your work
- Have prior experience leading projects or mentoring engineers (preferred)
