Role Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead who can own end-to-end product development while leading and mentoring a team of developers, including full-stack, frontend, and backend engineers. This role is ideal for someone hands-on technically, strong in team leadership, and experienced in fast-paced startup environments.
The ideal candidate is a developer and leader who thinks beyond APIs and UI, understands how data flows through complex systems, and is ready to manage performance, reliability, and delivery across our core software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
●System Architecture: Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable, secure full-stack
applications.
●Hands-on Development: Contribute production-ready, highly optimized code for critical system
components.
●Technical Standards: Own technical quality, establish coding standards, and guide code reviews to ensure maintainability.
●Data & Integration: Design and manage stable data pipelines, develop and consume robust REST/gRPC
APIs, and oversee third-party service integrations.
●Performance & Reliability: Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and horizontal scalability under varying workloads.
●DevOps Practices: Promote modern testing, monitoring, and Docker- or cloud-based deployment
workflows.
Leadership & Management Responsibilities
●Team Leadership & Mentoring: Directly guide, coach, and support developers to help them grow
technically and professionally.
●Delivery Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, planning sprints, allocating tasks, and ensuring milestones are met on time.
●Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and domain experts to translate complex product goals into clear technical roadmaps.
●Decision-Making & Strategy: Actively make critical technical and operational choices in ambiguous situations, identifying risks early and creating solid mitigation plans.
●People Management: Conduct regular check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and assist in onboarding and overall team growth.
Required Qualifications
●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
●2–5 years of experience in full-stack development.
●Proven experience managing a team of up to 10 engineers (including full-stack, frontend, and backend
developers).
●Strong startup mindset with the ability to adapt and work in evolving, fast-paced environments.
●Strong communication, ownership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
