About AdxReel
AdxReel is building an AI-powered advertising, social video, creator, and commerce platform that connects users, creators, sellers, advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React.js & Full-Stack Application Engineer who can contribute across the entire technology stack — from modern Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and mobile applications to backend systems, cloud infrastructure, AR/VR, IoT, and application deployment.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants to build and release real products rather than work only on isolated frontend tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend & React.js
- Develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js.
- Build modern, responsive, mobile-first user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
- Implement reusable components, clean architecture, state management, API integrations, authentication, notifications, and real-time features.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and excellent user experience.
- Ensure responsive designs work consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and product teams to convert Figma designs into production-ready interfaces.
Mobile Application Development
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with Android and iOS application development and deployment.
- Build production-ready mobile applications and manage application releases.
- Handle Android Play Store and Apple App Store build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues across different devices and operating systems.
- Ensure web/PWA and mobile experiences remain consistent.
Backend Development
- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and other backend services.
- Work with databases, authentication, authorization, payment systems, notifications, and third-party integrations.
- Design reliable and scalable backend architectures.
- Debug and optimize backend performance.
- Collaborate across frontend and backend development to deliver complete features.
AWS & Cloud Infrastructure
Hands-on experience with AWS is highly desirable.
Experience with:
- AWS EC2
- AWS S3
- CloudFront
- IAM
- Route 53
- Application deployment
- Server configuration
- Storage and media management
- Domain/DNS configuration
- Cloud-based application architecture
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and production deployments
You should be comfortable taking an application from development to a live production environment.
AR / VR & Emerging Technologies
Experience or strong technical knowledge in emerging technologies is highly valued, including:
- Augmented Reality (AR)
- Virtual Reality (VR)
- WebAR
- AR SDKs
- 3D/interactive experiences
- AI-powered applications

- Device and sensor integrations
You should be capable of understanding how these technologies can be integrated into real-world consumer applications.
Product Engineering
- Take ownership of features from requirement → development → testing → deployment.
- Work with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and business teams.
- Identify technical problems and propose practical solutions.
- Participate in architecture and technology decisions.
- Write maintainable, scalable, and secure code.
- Review code and follow engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver fixes quickly.
- Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies that can improve AdxReel.
