As our Full Stack engineer, you will be building new capabilities in LocalOps Platform (see localops.co), shape core platform architecture decisions, build critical systems, and directly influence how engineering teams deploy and debug software in production.
What you’ll do
- Design and build core product features end-to-end across Backend, APIs, UI, and infra
- Work directly with sales/support team or customers to understand pain points and translate findings into product
- Architect scalable cloud-native services and deployment automation workflows
- Prototype rapidly, validate direction, and drive releases to production
- Own reliability, performance, security, and deployment outcomes
Who you are
- 3–4 years hands-on experience building and shipping real products
- Strong experience with AWS services and cloud-native application design
- Comfortable working across frontend & backend code to finish building a full feature
- Bias to action - resourceful, curious, and love solving customer problems
- Experience working independently in high-ownership environments
- Strong debugging skills
- Experience in backend tech stack: Go, Postgres, Gin, Postgres, RabbitMQ
- Experience in frontend tech stack: NodeJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, Tailwind
Nice to have
- Experience in Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), DevOps tooling
- Worked on developer tools, libraries, sdks, infra platforms, or automation products
- Have contributed to open source libraries/frameworks
