We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product features across frontend and backend, helping turn powerful models into products people can trust and use every day.
About the role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, Product, you will build core user-facing experiences across the Nucleus product stack. You’ll work across frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and data flows to ship features that are technically strong, product-minded, and deeply aligned with user needs.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning problems from concept to production — someone who can move fluidly between user interface details and backend architecture, and who cares about building products that feel both powerful and intuitive.
In this role, you will
- Own end-to-end product features across frontend and backend, from technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces alongside scalable backend services and APIs that power core Nucleus experiences.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering partners to define product behavior, shape roadmaps, and deliver thoughtful solutions.
- Design systems and abstractions that support fast iteration while maintaining long-term code quality and reliability.
- Integrate AI capabilities into product workflows in ways that are clear, useful, and trustworthy for users.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and observability across the stack.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and product development practices that help teams move effectively.
- Help bridge product thinking and technical execution, keeping both user experience and system quality in view.
We’re looking for
- Strong experience building and shipping production software across both frontend and backend systems.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, and application logic in production environments.
- Good judgment around product design, usability, and translating ambiguous requirements into working systems.
- Comfort working across multiple layers of the stack, including client applications, services, databases, and integrations.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance speed with sound engineering decisions in evolving product environments.
- A clear, pragmatic approach to solving user and system problems end to end.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-powered products, developer platforms, or workflow-heavy applications.
- Familiarity with design systems, experimentation, analytics, or product instrumentation.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, performance optimization, or production monitoring.
- Interest in the product and systems challenges that come with deploying advanced AI in the real world.
