Job Title: Staff Engineer (Full Stack / Cloud)
Experience: 7-12 Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to design and build scalable cloud-based applications. This role involves working across the full stack, solving complex problems, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud-based applications and services
- Work on backend, frontend, APIs, and databases
- Build and manage scalable, high-performance systems
- Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements
- Ensure code quality, testing, and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
Required Skills
- Strong experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in Node.js
- Experience with Angular
- Good knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design
- Experience with cloud platforms GCP only
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka or data streaming tools
- Knowledge of data warehousing or data modeling
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts
