Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Java, Spring Boot, React)
Location : Nashik, Thane
Exp : 3-6 Years
Key Responsibilities
Backend :
· Design and develop scalable, resilient backend services using Java (8+) and Spring Boot
· Architect and implement Microservices-based distributed systems
· Develop secure RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
· Implement authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)
· Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
· Optimize database queries and improve system performance
· Integrate with third-party systems and enterprise platforms
· Implement event-driven patterns using SNS/SQS/KAFKA (if applicable)
Frontend :
· Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance UI components using React.js and Next.js
· Implement advanced state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
· Develop server-side rendering (SSR) and performance-optimized pages in Next.js
· Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
· Improve UI/UX in collaboration with design teams
· Integrate frontend seamlessly with backend APIs
· Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies)
Agile and Collaboration
· Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
· Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams
· Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA
· Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing
· Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery
DevOps & Cloud (Good to have)
· Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
· Containerize applications using Docker
· Deploy and maintain applications on AWS and/or Azure
· Implement monitoring and alerting solutions
· Ensure environment configuration and secrets management best practices
