Experience Level: Lead / Architect
Japanese Proficiency: Business-level to native fluency (mandatory – written & spoken)
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and users in Japan
Backend: Strong experience with Node.js (primary language)
Automation: Hands-on experience with n8n (building/operating automation platforms)
Python: Secondary language for backend services, scripting, or support components
Frontend: Strong experience with React for modern UI development
Databases:
PostgreSQL (relational DB design & optimization)
MongoDB (NoSQL data modeling)
Strong experience in building and maintaining REST APIs
Experience integrating internal systems and third-party SaaS platforms
Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional and international teams

💼 Key Responsibilities
Build, extend, and scale an internal workflow automation platform built on n8n
Design and implement backend services to support complex automation workflows
Develop and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party SaaS platforms
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and users in Japan (Recruit domain) to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
Customize workflows based on business and operational needs
Contribute to platform architecture, scalability, and reliability
Provide technical leadership and establish best practices
Troubleshoot issues, improve usability, and ensure platform adoption
