About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with strong front-end expertise to join the engineering team of a leading US-based client.
This role is primarily focused on building high-quality, polished, and performant product experiences, while also giving you the opportunity to work across the stack and integrate front-end applications with APIs, backend services, product data, and AI/agentic capabilities.
You will work closely with product experts, technical leads, UX teams, and AI/agent engineers to turn product requirements into intuitive and reliable user experiences.
The ideal candidate is someone who cares deeply about front-end craftsmanship, user experience, design systems, performance, and modern product engineering, while being comfortable working across the stack.
What You'll Do
- Build modern, responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
- Develop reusable UI components using modern component-based front-end frameworks.
- Work with evolving design systems and product experience standards.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, OData/Graph-based data, and agentic services.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, from UI development through backend integration.
- Work closely with SMEs, technical leads, product teams, designers, and AI/agent engineers.
- Help evaluate, adopt, and improve evolving UX and design standards.
- Build intuitive experiences for modern enterprise and AI-powered products.
- Contribute to reusable components, front-end architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
What We're Looking For
Front-End Expertise
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with the majority of your experience focused on front-end development.
- Strong experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience building responsive and accessible web applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end performance and optimization.
- A strong eye for UI quality and user experience.
Full-Stack Capability
- Experience working with backend services and APIs.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and service integration.
- Experience working with OData, Graph-based data, or similar enterprise data services is a plus.
- Ability to integrate applications with AI/agentic services and APIs.
- Comfortable taking a feature from front-end through backend integration.
Product & Collaboration
- Strong product mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
- Ability to work effectively with UX/design standards that are evolving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to work with US-based teams during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience building or contributing to a design system or component library.
- Experience building AI/agentic product interfaces.
- Experience with chat interfaces, streaming responses, human-in-the-loop workflows, or AI-powered UX.
- Experience working with enterprise UX standards.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications or agentic architectures.
