Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer – Product Builder to join our growing product engineering team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial remote work.
In this role, you will work directly on the design, development, and scaling of the Gravitas ETRM platform. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle — from architecture and backend services to modern front-end experiences and cloud deployments.
You will collaborate closely with product leaders, domain experts, architects, and engineering teams to build enterprise-grade SaaS products for the energy and commodities trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for the Gravitas ETRM platform
- Develop modern web applications, APIs, microservices, and data-driven workflows
- Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces for trading, risk, operations, and analytics users
- Create secure, high-performance backend services and database architectures
- Work on cloud-native deployments, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps automation
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex workflows into product features
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and technical innovation
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Explore integration of AI/ML-driven capabilities into platform workflows
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years strong experience in Full Stack Development with modern web technologies
- Proficiency in Front-End technologies such as:
- React.js / Next.js
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Responsive UI/UX development
- Strong Back-End development experience using technologies such as:
- Node.js / Python / Java / .NET
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Authentication, authorization, and API security
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Snowflake
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Understanding of scalable SaaS platform architecture and distributed systems
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced product engineering environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise SaaS or fintech platforms
- Exposure to Energy Trading, Commodity Trading, ETRM/CTRM systems, or capital markets platforms
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, streaming platforms, or real-time analytics
- Exposure to AI-assisted development, LLM integrations, or intelligent workflow automation
- Startup or product-building mindset with strong ownership mentality
