At Nucleus, we’re building AI products and platforms that help organizations deploy advanced intelligence in real business environments. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to create the enterprise features that make our systems secure, configurable, and practical at scale.
About the role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, Enterprise, you will build the product and platform surfaces enterprise customers rely on every day — from admin consoles and settings flows to integrations, backend services, and internal systems that support deployment and operations. You’ll work across frontend and backend to deliver experiences that are reliable, intuitive, and production-ready.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning business-critical features end to end. You should be comfortable moving between polished user interfaces and robust backend systems, and excited by the challenge of building enterprise software with a high bar for usability, security, and maintainability.
In this role, you will
- Build end-to-end enterprise product features across frontend and backend, including admin UIs, settings, permissions, and operational workflows.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs that support enterprise functionality such as configuration, integrations, user management, and account administration.
- Create responsive, intuitive web interfaces that make complex enterprise workflows easier to understand and use.
- Work closely with product, design, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams to translate customer needs into thoughtful product capabilities.
- Integrate with external systems and third-party services commonly used by enterprise customers.
- Improve reliability, performance, observability, and security across full-stack enterprise product surfaces.
- Contribute to architecture, tooling, and engineering standards that help enterprise features scale across customers and use cases.
- Help shape how organizations manage, govern, and operationalize Nucleus products in production environments.
We’re looking for
- Strong experience building and shipping production software across both frontend and backend systems.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, and application logic in production.
- Familiarity with enterprise product patterns such as admin panels, account settings, access controls, integrations, or configuration-heavy workflows.
- Good judgment around product design, usability, and translating complex requirements into clear software systems.
- Comfort working across databases, service layers, APIs, and client applications.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
- A thoughtful approach to building software that is secure, maintainable, and dependable for business-critical use cases.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS products, developer platforms, or B2B software.
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, auditability, or role-based access systems.
- Experience building integrations with external platforms, APIs, or internal enterprise tools.
- Interest in AI products and the systems challenges involved in deploying them for organizations at scale.
