Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer, based in Bhubaneswar with the flexibility of remote work. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include front-end and back-end development, debugging, optimizing performance, and ensuring clean, efficient code. The engineer will also contribute to software development roadmaps and assist in defining technical solutions to meet varied business requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development
- Experience with Front-End Development and a strong understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Proven Software Development skills and experience working with modern programming languages and frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic workflows
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
