The Role:
We are not hiring a coder. We are hiring an AI-native builder.
This is a hands-on Full Stack Developer role where you will:
→ Build production-grade features across our Node.js backend and React frontend
→ Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas for real-time, high-volume data
→ Work in a fast-moving environment where AI tools are the standard, not the exception
→ Ship features in hours, not weeks
→ Own your code end-to-end — from database schema to deployed UI
This role is NOT for you if:
→ You write code slowly and carefully by hand
→ You are uncomfortable with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or Copilot
→ You need detailed tickets to start working
→ You prefer working on one thing at a time, sequentially
This role IS for you if:
→ You use AI to compress 3 days of work into 3 hours
→ You think in systems before you think in code
→ You have built real production systems — not just side projects
→ You are obsessed with query performance, clean architecture, and fast delivery
Tech Stack You Will Work In:
→ Backend: Node.js, Express.js
→ Database: PostgreSQL (AWS RDS) — 486+ tables, production scale
→ Frontend: React, Next.js
→ Mobile: Flutter (exposure is a plus)
→ Infrastructure: AWS, Docker
→ AI Tools: Claude, Cursor, Copilot — daily use expected
→ Real-time: WebSockets, Socket.IO
→ Payments: Razorpay
→ WhatsApp Automation: WWebJS, WATI
What We Expect in the First 30 Days:
→ Ship at least 2 production features independently
→ Complete a timed technical assignment (3 hours, full stack, Docker, PostgreSQL, React)
→ Demonstrate you can use AI tools to multiply your output speed
