Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end web applications. The daily tasks include designing and building user interfaces, ensuring responsiveness and performance, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. You should be comfortable working with a variety of technologies and capable of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to implement features.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Ensure security, data protection, and best coding practices are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, primarily focusing on front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (SASS, SCSS, CSS-in-JS), JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue.js / Django.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience in a senior role
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with modern frontend development frameworks and libraries (Redux, TailwindCSS, Material-UI, Styled Components, etc.).
• Experience in optimizing performance (lazy loading, memoization, code splitting, etc.).
• Solid back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or .NET.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience in performance tuning and security best practices.

• Strong understanding of Software Development principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
