Fullstack Developer (MERN Stack) – 1-3 years of experience
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Fullstack Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing startup team full-time, on-site at Science City, Ahmedabad. Our sister concerns have been operating successfully in the industry for over 20 years, giving us the stability of an established business with the energy and growth opportunities of a startup. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, good english communication skills, and solid experience working with the MERN stack.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (International client communication)
- 1–3 years of fullstack development experience
- Strong knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Experience working with REST APIs, authentication systems, and database management
- Basic deployment knowledge (PM2, Nginx, VPS/Cloud)
- Understanding of scalability, optimization, and clean code practices
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Crypto/blockchain knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications
- Build backend APIs and frontend interfaces
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with international clients.
- Debug, test, and maintain clean and efficient code
Preferred Qualities:
- Ability to understand real-world business requirements
- Strong logical thinking and debugging skills
