Company Description Uvik Technologies is a fintech start-up fully owned by Infibeam Avenues Ltd, India’s first publicly listed fintech company focused on transforming digital payments. Uvik builds contactless mobile payment solutions that allow businesses of all sizes to accept payments using NFC technology already present in modern credit and debit cards. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer with devops exposure - at Uvik Technologies located in Bengaluru. The Back End Developer - Java will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with back-end web development and software development. This includes using object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, Design Patterns and working closely with the front-end development team to ensure seamless integration using the Devops concept like CICD pipelines, scripting etc for auto deployment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent.
With 4+ years of experience with Strong programming skills in Java (Springboot / Hibernate).
Proficiency in OOPs, Data Structures and Algorithms.
Should have experience in Cloud technologies.
Should be able to write Queries in SQL / NoSQL (MongoDB).
Should be able to write shell scripts, CI/CD pipelines for server deployments.
Exposure to kubernets/docker deployments is must
Experience working on Unix-based operating systems.
Willing to experiment and try new things and ensure the solution is compatible with the requirements.
Willingness to work with the IT infrastructure team to support the production environment and incidents.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Exposure to production incident & resolution handling would be preferred
Attention to detail.
Individual contributor and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience coding in Front end technologies (React / Angular) would be a plus.
Experience in React web development would be a plus.
Willingness to work and support the team in any development either in Backend or Frontend or DevOps.
