Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with experience of AI Application Development to build a cutting edge next generation enterprise AI systems with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the relevant field. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineering and architecture role for professionals who can work across data engineering, backend systems, and AI/ML deployment. The position involves building scalable AI applications—from data pipelines to GPU-based model deployment. Candidates who are hands-on with deep influence on designing & architecture would be the most preferred candidates.
Relevant Experience Desired: 8 to 12 years
Responsibilities:
* Design and build Python-based backend systems (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
* Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI applications
* Architect and optimize data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data models
* Work on LLM-based systems (RAG, vector databases)
* Implement GPU-accelerated inference pipelines
* Build frontend components (React/Vue) for AI interaction layers
* Drive system design, scalability, and performance optimization
* Mentor teams and contribute to technical decision-making
What we are looking for:
* Strong experience in Python backend and API design
* Deep expertise in data engineering (pipelines, ETL, data modeling)
* Hands-on experience with AI/ML deployment on GPU infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes)
* Working knowledge of LLM applications and RAG architectures
* Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, Docker, CI/CD
* Understanding of data governance and cost-efficient AI deployment
This role is ideal for engineers who want to own end-to-end AI product engineering and work on real-world, production-grade AI systems at scale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Proven hands-on expertise in:
- End to End Design, Develop & Deployment of AI/ML, and RAG architecture
- Strong experience in Python and API design
- Deep experience in data engineering
