We’re looking for a developer who enjoys improving products that people actually use every day.
Our team relies on an internal platform that powers operations across sales, orders, inventory, expenses, products, reporting, and other business-critical workflows. It’s a mature, growing application—not a greenfield startup project—and we’re looking for someone who loves making existing systems better through thoughtful improvements, clean code, and steady delivery.
What You’ll Do✅ Build features and enhancements across our internal business platform
✅ Fix bugs and improve user experience where things feel clunky
✅ Work closely with the team to turn real business needs into practical solutions
✅ Write tests and maintain code quality
✅ Create clean pull requests and contribute through small, safe releases
✅ Collaborate directly with leadership to prioritize and deliver impactful improvements

We’re Looking For Someone Who✔ Has experience building and maintaining web applications with Laravel and React
✔ Is comfortable working with databases and writing efficient queries
✔ Has strong Git habits and writes clean, maintainable code
✔ Believes testing is part of development, not an afterthought
✔ Can understand existing codebases and improve them without unnecessary rewrites
✔ Communicates clearly and can turn loosely defined requirements into working solutions
✔ Is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when needed
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With➕ Tailwind CSS or TypeScript
➕ Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
➕ Roles & permissions systems
➕ CRM, inventory, order management, or finance-related applications
➕ Integrations with payments, WhatsApp, marketplaces, or external APIs
➕ VPS deployments, GitHub Actions, and DevOps workflows
What Success Looks LikeMonth 1: Learn the codebase and start shipping small, well-tested improvements.
Month 2: Independently handle tasks and deliver reliable solutions.
Month 3: Become a trusted contributor who can take ownership of improving parts of the platform.
