Role Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Trivandrum, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining robust front-end and back-end solutions to support Thumba's AI-powered Agile platform. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, optimizing applications for performance, and implementing clean and scalable code to support ongoing innovation and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-Stack Development, including expertise in both Front-End Development and Back-End Web Development
- Proficiency in Front-End technologies such as HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and JavaScript
- Strong Back-End and Software Development skills, with expertise in developing secure, scalable, and efficient server-side applications
- Proven ability to deliver maintainable and structured code while adhering to best practices in Full-Stack Development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative work attitude
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, or AI-driven platforms is a plus
