Title: Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer
Experience: 4-6 Years
Mode: WFO - Noida Sector 142
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software applications using Java and .NET frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions to enhance application performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Solid understanding of .NET framework and related technologies.
- Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proficient in database management systems and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
