We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is deeply passionate about building innovative software. You need to be a problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and has a natural, foundational ability to code without relying on AI—yet is highly adept at using modern AI tools to multiply your productivity. What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications and features for our AI sales intelligence platform.
- Work seamlessly across the backend and frontend to deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Integrate and optimize AI platforms and language models to power our autonomous sales agents.
- Collaborate closely with the founding/core team to translate product vision into reality without waiting for a manual of instructions.
- Own features from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3–4 years of professional full-stack development experience, strictly within a startup environment. You know how to operate with agility and limited resources.
- Backend Mastery: Strong expertise in Node.js and Python.
- Database Knowledge: Solid experience working with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and Relational (PostgreSQL) databases.
- AI Fluidity: Deep knowledge of AI platforms, LLMs, and APIs. You understand how to leverage AI conceptually and technically.
- The Core Engineer Mindset: You possess the raw computer science and coding skills to write pristine code from scratch without AI assistance, but you know exactly how to use AI tools as a force multiplier.
- The Startup DNA: A high risk-tolerance, a "get-it-done" attitude, and a strong desire to grow with a rising organization.
