THE OPPORTUNITY
A stealth-stage fintech product built for the Indian market.
Solving a real problem millions of retail investors face every day.
Pre-beta. Real users on the live build. Production traffic.
What you'll be working on goes deeper than typical CRUD —
real-time data, complex calculations, latency-sensitive UI,
and a backend that has to be right the first time.

THE STACK
React + TypeScript on the frontend.
Python (FastAPI) on the backend.
PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Docker, AWS.
THE ROLE
Own features end-to-end — UI, API, data layer, deployment.
You'll report directly to the founder. No layers, no managers, no
sprint theatre. Ship to production weekly.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
— 4-6 years building production web applications
— Strong React + Python + PostgreSQL
— Real-time data, dashboards, or charting experience preferred
(any domain — not just fintech)
— You use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
— You ship fast without breaking production
COMPENSATION
₹16-20 LPA based on what you bring.
Performance bonuses tied to product KPIs.
LOCATION
Hybrid — Delhi NCR (Gurgaon/Noida/Delhi).
Remote until our NCR office opens (Q3-Q4 2026).
