Simpalm is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer with expertise in .NET 8+, React 18+, and Microsoft Azure to build scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise applications. This is a hands-on leadership role combining active development with team mentorship and architectural decision-making.
Role Composition:

- 3–4 years of team leadership experience required
Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on Development (60%):
- Develop scalable applications using .NET 8+ and React 18+.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and Azure Service Bus.
- Develop serverless components using Azure Functions.
- Manage scalable storage using Azure Blob Storage and Azure SQL.
- Optimize performance using Redis Cache and caching strategies.
- Design and tune SQL Server databases for performance and reliability.
- Deploy applications using Azure App Services and Azure Virtual Machines.
- Implement secure secrets management using Azure Key Vault.
Technical Leadership (40%):
- Lead and mentor developers while actively contributing to the codebase.
- Drive architecture decisions for cloud-native and distributed systems.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and release processes using Azure DevOps.
- Assist in sprint planning, estimation, and technical risk mitigation.
Required QualificationsExperience:
- Over 10 years of full-stack development experience.
- 3–4 years of hands-on team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to balance coding with leadership responsibilities.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in .NET 8+ / C# for backend development.
- Advanced experience with React 18+, hooks, and modern state management.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST API design.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, Virtual Machines, Key Vault, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, monitoring tools, and CI/CD via Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven systems.
- Expertise in Redis Cache for performance optimization.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including schema design, indexing, and query tuning.
