About Us
Resollect is a Bangalore-based startup that's fixing how debt recovery works in India. The industry has been stuck with clunky, manual processes for far too long — we're changing that with smart automation, clean design, and AI that actually does something useful. We're a small team with deep domain expertise, building what we believe will become India's most intelligent collections management platform.
The Role
We need a Full Stack Developer who's comfortable jumping between the database and the UI — sometimes in the same afternoon. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering to ship features that real users depend on daily. This isn't a "sit in your lane" kind of role. You'll have real ownership over what you build.
What You'll Do
- Write back-end services in Python, Django, and DRF that hold up under pressure
- Build front-end interfaces in ReactJS and NextJS that people actually enjoy using
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases — schema decisions included
- Set up caching and performance optimizations with Redis
- Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (Amplify, EC2, S3) using Boto
- Design clean RESTful APIs and work with the ones we already have
- Write tests, review code, and keep things maintainable as we grow
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience with Python/Django, ReactJS/NextJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS
- You've built and consumed RESTful APIs in production
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Good at debugging — the kind of person who actually enjoys tracking down a weird bug
- Self-driven. We're not going to micromanage you, and we don't want to.
Bonus Points
- You've worked with Temporal, React Flow, or any diagramming libraries
- You know what MCP (Model Context Protocol) is — or you're curious enough to find out
- You've integrated LLMs or AI features into a product UI
