Full Stack Engineer
Location: Bengaluru | Work Mode: Hybrid | Experience: 2+ Years
About the Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a small, high-ownership engineering team building systems that process large volumes of enterprise data using reliable workflows and AI/LLM capabilities.
You’ll work across backend, frontend, data processing and cloud infrastructure, with significant ownership from design to production.
What You’ll Do
- Build APIs and backend services using TypeScript/NestJS.
- Develop durable, long-running workflows using Temporal.
- Build interfaces using React + Vite.
- Work with Python for data processing and AI workflows.
- Process large datasets using Polars, DuckDB and Parquet.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis and Azure.
- Build reliable tests and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Contribute to architecture and engineering decisions in a fast-moving environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-shipped work.
- Strong TypeScript and good working knowledge of Python.
- Experience with backend/API development.
- Good SQL and understanding of real-world data.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, startup-like environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
