Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using PHP (Laravel), React, and modern cloud-native technologies. The candidate should also have practical knowledge of AI technologies, prompt engineering, RAG/MCP, and AI-assisted software development. You will be responsible for designing and developing distributed systems, implementing microservices, contributing to architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives, and leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity and solution quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Develop microservices-based applications using PHP (Laravel).
- Build and consume RESTful APIs with OAuth2/JWT authentication.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Ajax.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
- Design highly available, scalable, and maintainable distributed systems.
- Work with Kafka/RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication.
- Implement caching strategies using Redis/Memcached.
- Optimize MySQL databases through efficient queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve coding efficiency, code quality, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to effectively interact with and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for software development and business use cases.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol), including their application in AI-powered systems and integrations.
- Use AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools as part of the software development workflow.
- Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel Framework.
- Experience building Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of React.js.
- Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, and JWT.
- Strong understanding of MySQL and experience with MongoDB and Redis.
- Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Dependency Injection.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Ajax, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and the ability to design effective prompts for AI/LLM-based applications.
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Ability to effectively use AI coding tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and development productivity.
- Familiarity with Jira or VersionOne.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to mobile application development is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into web applications or enterprise systems.
- Experience implementing RAG-based applications, AI agents, or MCP-based integrations is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and work in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to evaluate, adopt, and effectively leverage emerging AI development tools and technologies.
