Role: Full Stack Developer

🤔 What's the Role?
You'll wear two exciting hats:
- Internal Tools Architect: You will design and build a new internal task tracking and productivity system from scratch to streamline our workflows.
- Creative Technologist: You will develop engaging, interactive, and gamified learning modules that make education fun and effective for our students.
We're looking for a builder who can take an idea and run with it, creating high-quality, scalable applications that solve real problems.
🎯 Your Key Responsibilities
- Build & Scale: Design, develop, and deploy a full-stack internal productivity application (task tracking, activity monitoring, automated notifications).
- Innovate in EdTech: Create interactive learning tools, gamified quizzes, and engaging simulations that bring complex concepts to life.
- Integrate & Unify: Combine various tools and modules into a single, seamless system.
- Own the Process: Take complete ownership of the development lifecycle—from brainstorming and ideation to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our academic and operations teams to turn creative ideas into functional, high-quality products.
- Ensure Excellence: Focus on creating intuitive UI/UX, robust backends, and ensuring top-notch performance and security.
✅ What We're Looking For (Required)
- Strong Full Stack Experience: Proficiency with modern frontend (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend (Node.js, Python, etc.) technologies.
- A Problem-Solver: Excellent coding fundamentals with a knack for debugging and resolving complex technical issues.
- Product Mindset: Experience building applications from scratch and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- System Design Skills: Ability to integrate multiple systems, work with APIs, and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Independent & Proactive: A self-starter who brings ideas to the table and can execute independently.
🌟 Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Experience in EdTech or building learning products.
- A passion for gamification and interactive design.
- Knowledge of Canvas, WebGL, animations, or real-time systems.
