We are seeking an experienced and highly ownership-driven Full Stack Engineering to lead the design, development, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise-grade applications and platforms. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise across backend, frontend, cloud, system architecture, and engineering team management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end full-stack application development from architecture to deployment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define engineering standards, coding practices, and development workflows.
- Mentor and lead software engineering teams.
- Drive project delivery, sprint planning, and execution.
- Ensure production stability, operational excellence, and system reliability.
