About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications, working across both frontend and backend systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, writing clean code, and contributing to end-to-end product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Java (backend)
- Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Ensure performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong experience in React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture)
- Solid backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate / JPA for ORM and database interactions
- Strong proficiency in SQL, specifically PostgreSQL
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of web performance optimization and security practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Exposure to fintech or SaaS products
