Fullstack Engineer
Bengaluru/ Chennai - Hybrid role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java and ReactJS
- Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
- Implement asynchronous communication and event-driven systems using Kafka
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams for end-to-end delivery
- Design and optimize microservices for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using ReactJS
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best development practices
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Microservices
- Kafka
- ReactJS
- Experience in developing REST APIs and distributed systems
- Good understanding of frontend technologies:
- JavaScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and JIRA
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
