About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI-Native Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent products powered by modern software engineering and Generative AI. This is not a traditional full-stack role. We are looking for engineers who have successfully designed, built, and deployed AI-powered applications in production environments and can combine strong frontend and backend engineering skills with expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and modern AI development workflows. You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from architecting scalable systems and building intuitive user experiences to integrating advanced AI capabilities and deploying enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a track record of delivering production-ready AI-enabled products rather than simply consuming AI APIs.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from architecting scalable systems and building intuitive user experiences to integrating advanced AI capabilities and deploying enterprise-grade solutions.
- Build and launch production-grade AI-powered applications.
- Design scalable frontend and backend architectures.
- Create intelligent workflows using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Integrate enterprise systems, APIs, and AI services securely.
- Drive technical decisions and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product, AI, and business teams to convert ideas into impactful products.
- Leverage AI-first engineering practices to increase development velocity without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
- Strong backend development experience in Python and/or Node.js.
- Experience building and deploying AI or Generative AI applications in production.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to AI-native development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently own projects end-to-end.
