As part of our growing engineering team, we are looking for passionate Full Stack Engineers who can contribute across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud-native application development.
Position Overview
The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable SaaS applications and enterprise platforms. The role involves working across frontend and backend systems, building APIs, integrating databases, developing modern UI components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and high-performing applications.
This opportunity is suitable for both mid-level and senior engineers depending on experience and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build and enhance backend APIs, services, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks.
- Work on database design, schema management, migrations, and optimization.
- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, reliability, and observability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Support deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and production releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience working with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern web application architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of database queries, joins, migrations, and schema design.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with ORM tools such as Prisma, Drizzle, TypeORM, or Sequelize.
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or cloud platforms.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Knowledge of RBAC, audit logging, compliance, or cybersecurity-focused applications.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, or modern UI component libraries.
- Experience with BullMQ, Redis, queues, or background job processing.
- Exposure to enterprise or regulated industry applications.
- Understanding of testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
