We are looking for a highly accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer who combines deep technical expertise with architectural thinking, business understanding, and leadership. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while helping shape products and technical direction.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering modern web applications using React.js and Laravel while working closely with product owners, designers, architects, and business stakeholders.
This role requires someone who can comfortably move between architecture discussions, customer conversations, technical design, code reviews, mentoring developers, and writing production-quality code.
The ideal candidate understands that software engineering is ultimately about solving business problems, not simply implementing features.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, enterprise-grade web applications using React.js and Laravel.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and recommend scalable application designs.
- Build reusable frontend components and backend services that support long-term product evolution.
- Design RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party platforms.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and intuitive user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in solution estimation, technical planning, and sprint execution.
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Mentor developers and improve overall engineering quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvements across engineering processes, DevOps, testing, and deployment.
- Leverage AI development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms to improve engineering productivity while maintaining code quality.
