We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our
team. In this role, you will be building robust, scalable web applications that
power our XR products and internal tools. This role is ideal for someone who
writes clean, thoughtful code, embraces AI-powered workflows, and thrives in a
fast-moving, innovation-first environment.
About the Job
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend and backend, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code with strong attention to logic, architecture, and best practices.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs to connect frontend interfaces with backend services and third-party integrations.
- Manage databases, both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational(MongoDB), including schema design and query optimisation.
- Actively integrate AI tools and APIs (such as OpenAI, LangChain, or similar) into product workflows and internal processes.
- Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools to enhance development productivity and product capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and continuously raise the bar for code quality.
- Support deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Firebase.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and the Tech Lead to translate product requirements into functional features.
- Contribute to project planning, sprint execution, and delivery alongside the product and technical teams.
What you have
- 1–3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in frontend - React.js / Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, or equivalent server-side languages.
- Good understanding of REST API design, integration, and consumption.
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and querying.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools or APIs into real projects, for features, automation, or developer productivity.
- Curiosity and openness to explore AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, OpenAI APIs, etc.) and incorporate them meaningfully into workflows.
- Familiarity with Git, basic DevOps, and deployment practices.
- Experience with Unity or familiarity with Unity-based development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug across the full stack.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
