The Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Bengaluru office full-time. You'll work directly with the founders, own meaningful parts of the product, and help build an AI-native learning product from the ground up. You'll work across a modern stack that includes Next.js, Node.js, Python, and LangGraph. If you thrive in environments where things move fast and your work has immediate impact, this is that role.
Salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum
What You'll Do
- Build core product features and AI-powered workflows end-to-end - across frontend, backend, and integrations
- Use AI tools and APIs as a natural part of your development workflow
- Make architectural and technical decisions that directly shape the product
- Collaborate closely with the founders to ship reliable production systems
- Improve code quality, performance, and system reliability as we scale
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure - truly full-stack, not just in title
- Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
- Strong problem-solving ability - you break down ambiguous, open-ended problems and find your way through them
- A product-minded engineer - you care about what you're building and why, not just how
- High ownership and follow-through - you don't wait to be told what to do next
- Quick learner who's comfortable navigating unfamiliar territory
- Available to join immediately

- Prior experience at an early-stage startup
