Hiring: React & Node.js Full Stack Developer / UI Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled React & Node.js Full Stack Developer / UI Lead to design, develop, and optimize modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable frontend architectures and integrating them seamlessly with backend services.
💡 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications
- Build reusable UI components and maintain frontend libraries
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decisions
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement best engineering practices
- Drive UI/UX consistency and mentor junior developers (for UI Lead role)
🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Node.js & Express.js
- Deep understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns
- Expertise in state management (Redux / Context API or similar)
- Experience with REST APIs & asynchronous programming
- Proficiency in frontend tools: Webpack / Vite / Babel / npm / yarn
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
- Experience with UI frameworks like Material UI / Bootstrap
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows
- Experience in unit testing using Jest / React Testing Library
- Strong focus on responsive design & performance optimization

- Understanding of Accessibility Standards (WCAG / ADA compliance)
- Experience leading teams or mentoring developers (for UI Lead role)
