• DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI, or Tekton
• Systems analysis, requirement gathering, and high-level solution design
• Relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL with strong SQL skills
• Container platforms and modern engineering tools for source control and bug tracking
