Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Python (backend) and React
(frontend) to join our onsite development team. You will work on building, scaling, and maintaining
high-performance web applications and enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on role suited for
engineers who enjoy ownership, clean architecture, and solving real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Python
• Develop responsive, scalable frontend interfaces using React
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Support deployment, debugging, and production issues when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer/Engineer
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
• Solid experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integration
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
• Experience with ERPNext / Frappe Framework
• Exposure to enterprise or ERP-based systems
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
