Position:Lead Full Stack Engineer (C#, React, Python)
Location: Remote (Delhi, Gurgaon or Bengaluru)
About Us
Learner Mobile is a next generation Learning Management System and authoring platform, built
by SVI in Arkansas, USA and operated in India as LM Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. For over two
decades we have partnered with global companies across consulting, healthcare, retail, banking,
and aviation.
Our platform is now built around applied AI, and AI has made our own development fast—we ship
a lot of code, quickly. The flip side is that testing, release flow, and consistency now need a
dedicated owner who drives them rather than waiting to be handed a plan.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to help shape technical direction across our whole
product surface: the admin portal, the learner SPA, our React Native mobile app, the shared course
player, and the Python AI services behind them. You will lead delivery, and own the test
infrastructure and release gates that let a small team ship at this pace.
This is a hands-on leadership role rather than a management track. You will still be in the code
daily, and you will advise and influence how the systems fit together and what we take on or defer,
working alongside our architect rather than in place of them. The position is remote and
India-based, employed through LM Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., in close day-to-day partnership with
the US-based Learner Mobile team.
Our Stack:
Backend — C# / .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server
Frontend — React 18, Vite, MUI, React Native, TypeScript (adopted incrementally)
AI services — Python 3.11+, FastAPI, agents, RAG over LanceDB, several model providers
Cloud and CI — Azure (Functions, Container Apps, Blob, OpenAI, SignalR) and Azure DevOps
How We Work:
We build with AI, not only on top of it. Our engineers work daily with agentic coding tools such as
Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, and our repositories carry checked-in conventions so those tools
meet our standards. Every feature has a written specification with testable requirements our tests
reference directly, and you will inherit a mature CI/CD setup rather than build one.
What You'll Do:
Architecture — help shape how our systems fit together—service boundaries, data model, and
where new work belongs—and be a leading voice in design reviews.
Technical direction — advise on build versus buy, model selection, which platform migrations
we commit to, and which technical debt we pay down now.
Hands-on delivery — stay in the code. You will ship features yourself across every one of
those surfaces.
AI features — build on our agent platform—source-to-course generation, the in-product
assistant, knowledge-base retrieval—and weigh quality, cost, and latency.
Test infrastructure — take it from disparate and incomplete to coherent and comprehensive,
and design our end-to-end automation from a largely standing start.
Quality gates — own the gates in our pipelines, including those that enforce design
consistency, and champion releases: pace what ships and own the release cadence.
Review flow — eliminate PR pile-ups with automation and team norms: pre-review gates, size
and hygiene standards, CI that catches the obvious before a human looks.
Data layer — evolve SQL Server schemas and queries, keeping operational and analytics
workloads properly separated.
Mentorship — grow the engineers around you through code review, pairing, and written
standards, and keep spec-driven development a living practice.
What We're Looking For:
Experience — 8+ years in professional full-stack development, including time as a lead or
principal engineer.
Influence — a track record of technical direction others followed—an architecture you shaped,
a migration you led, or a standard you established and made stick.
System design — sound judgement on service boundaries, multi-tenancy, data modeling, and
knowing when the simpler design wins.
Polyglot stack — comfortable moving between C# / .NET, React, TypeScript / JavaScript,
Python, and SQL.
Applied AI — production experience on LLM APIs: prompt design, structured output, tool
calling, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Test automation — test infrastructure and end-to-end automation you have built that a team
adopted and kept, with modern tooling such as Playwright.
Azure — serverless-first instincts (we favor Functions and Container Apps over VMs). We use
Azure DevOps, not GitHub.
Temperament — self-driven, outspoken, and automation-first by reflex. You will speak up
when a process, or a teammate's eight-PR dump, needs to change.
Overlap — able to keep reasonable working-hours overlap with our US team.
