Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. As a Full Stack Engineer at Kodiva.ai, you will design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of our web applications. You will be responsible for writing clean, scalable code; ensuring the responsiveness and efficiency of applications; debugging and testing solutions; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance software features. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and tools.
Qualifications
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET.
- Build responsive, performant UI components in React.js with TypeScript.
- Attend client calls, gather requirements, and provide effort estimates.
- Write unit and integration tests; ensure code quality standards are met.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
- Maintain thorough documentation for APIs, components, and workflows.
- Support deployments and post-release monitoring in production environments.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with .NET (C# / ASP.NET Core) and React.js.
- Strong understanding of REST API design, Entity Framework, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in React hooks, state management (Redux / Zustand), and component architecture.
- Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders in a professional setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
