We're hiring: Full Stack Developer
I've spent the past year evaluating Loan Origination Systems for NBFCs.
None of them match what we wanted.
So we made a call: build our own.
Not a SaaS product. A custom LOS designed for real-world execution — from dealer walk-in to disbursement.
I don't code. But I know exactly what needs to be built.
Now I need someone who can bring it to life.
What you'd build:
→ End-to-end loan origination — application, KYC, underwriting, decisioning, e-Sign, disbursement
→ AI-powered credit decision engine trained on our actual portfolio data
→ Mobile-first React frontend that field executives use at dealerships
→ Deep API integrations
What matters:
• You can build and ship — not just talk frameworks
• Strong in React and modern frontend
• Comfortable integrating APIs end to end
• Experience level doesn't matter. If you can build, you're in.
Work setup: Remote / On-site / Hybrid — your call. We care about output.
No legacy code. No maintenance queue. No corporate layers.
Blank canvas. Full ownership. A product that runs inside a live NBFC.
